There is a choice of metal backed fabrics to reduce the heat build up on hot days or non metal backed.

Roof blinds are manufactured with tension cables to keep the fabric tight to the roof and stop sag. Also they are made with the equal pleat system which keeps the pleat uniform the length of the whole blind.
